Eligibility β
- ποΈ Unworn or unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date.
- Must include original tags and packaging.
- π« Please note: Health/wellness items cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
1οΈβ£ Start the Process

- Your Name
- Order Number
- A Picture of the defective product/incorrect item
- Reason for return/refund
2οΈβ£ Customer Service Review
π Our team will review your request and provide feedback within 24-48 hours.
3οΈβ£ Return Label
π© If approved, we will email you a return label.
4οΈβ£ Package & Ship
π¦ Use the return label provided to package your item and drop it off at a UPS facility.
β οΈ Do not send returns to the original shipping address.
5οΈβ£ Return Confirmation
π Once we receive your return at our warehouse, you will be notified.
Your Options ποΈ
Upon receiving your return, we can:
- π΅ Refund your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
- π Replace the item and process your new order within 72 hours.
Important Notes π
- If your tracking number states your order was delivered but you claim you did not receive it, we will rely on the tracking number.
π In this case, youβll need to provide a claim ID from your local post office. Once validated, we will send a replacement. - π We charge a 30% restocking fee for custom apparel, flags, and custom design items.
