⏳ As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days. This includes production time since most of our products are made to order.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

📧 Once your order is processed, tracking information will be sent to the email used during your purchase. 📦 Delivery usually takes approximately 4-5 business days.

📩 If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at customerservice@thegiftnicheco.com.

⏱️ If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the original purchase date, reach out to our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

💡 This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details or missed parcel deliveries.


RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE 🔄💰

💔 For items that are not as described or defective, we’ve got you covered! We’ll pay for the return shipping cost and replace the item as soon as possible.

📦 All returns must:
1️⃣ Be in their original packaging and condition.
2️⃣ Be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

✔️ For non-defective items or items received in 100% condition, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

🚚 We will send you a return label upon request, and once we receive the item:
